Education and Training Careers Introduction

Monarch Education and Training Careers: Introduction is a semester-long, online Christian homeschool elective that explores career opportunities in teaching, mentoring, coaching, and corporate training. Students examine different learning environments, instructional methods, and the responsibilities of educators and trainers.

With a biblical view of leadership and service, this course emphasizes the value of communication, patience, and guidance in helping others grow. Students are encouraged to consider how they might use their God-given gifts to influence lives through education and mentorship.
