Physical Fitness Monthly

Monarch Physical Fitness is a semester-long, online Christian homeschool elective that focuses on developing physical health through regular activity, fitness planning, and lifestyle choices. Students learn about muscle groups, body systems, strength and endurance training, and how to create personalized fitness plans.

The course encourages students to honor God by caring for their bodies and developing discipline through physical wellness. With practical guidance and biblical principles, students gain a deeper understanding of how physical fitness supports a healthy, God-honoring life.
